A few hiccups here and there but I was ready and flew out of the box

Let me start by saying that I am very happy with this purchase. I really wanted to give it four stars, but objectively, I couldn't justify it. This was my first racing drone. If you want this to be your first too, this is a good place to start. Be aware that you will crash and spend as much time fixing it as you did flying, if not more. This is the basic truth of almost all racing drones. Pros: I was able to fly right out of the box, batteries were not included but they were ready to go before the drone arrived. It responds instantly to the controller and I had absolutely no problem pairing it with several different fpv goggles. Can't praise the carbon fiber frame, it has survived several free fall drops (own fault) and sustained no damage. The motors haven't let me down yet, one even fell apart in a bad crash, I put it back together and it worked fine. Remember that every time I fell on soft grass and dirt. I can't say the result would have been the same if I had crashed into concrete. The Bad: Although I was able to fly right out of the box, the drone also had to be repaired right out of the box. Others have mentioned this in their reviews, but there are tiny silver capacitors on the drone circuit board. Only one of mine was attached and it was already falling off. The rest is scattered on the packaging. I don't know what they are for, they don't seem too important. I never put them back on and the drone works fine but it's very disconcerting if you don't know what they do or how to put them on. The next necessary fix is related to the buzzer, which will help you locate the drone when you can't see it. The negative wire was cut so the buzzer didn't sound when turned on. I had to re-solder the wire which resulted in me having to disassemble a large portion of the drone. Also this component is not needed to control the drone but it helped me to find the drone after it crashed in the distance. I deduct two stars because of the quality of workmanship and the price of the drone in relation to it. A few tips to save you time and frustration: Take high-quality photos of drone components from different angles. This will be very helpful in post-accident repairs. Prepare a soldering iron and the skills to use it. Prepare tweezers to help repair. Have extra stabilizing rubber shock absorbers and extra propellers handy, you're likely to lose and break existing ones. Practice on the simulator to avoid crashing.
