*UPDATE* Smells! It was on the wall and I left the doors open and the smell still lingers. I am concerned that this odor will permeate the medicines we store inside and harm our health. I'm waiting for an answer from the manufacturer, but there is no answer yet. I've decided on a couple of cabinets. One was about half the price and on second thought I went with the more expensive one thinking the quality should be better. If I had looked at this product in a store I probably would not have chosen it. The doors close quickly and slam loudly because they don't have pads to cushion the impact. The case is made of particulate or composite material, which is common for modern products, but the back of the case is very thin and the included fasteners are plastic, and I hope they hold the case in place. In terms of looks, fit, and finish, the shelves are flimsy and the cabinet is an inch thinner than the one it replaced, so my bins that hold my stuff don't fit in.
