Not anymore! I struggled to sew straight lines, but this little gem makes a world of difference. The only thing I had to do was lower the feeders a bit. I would recommend if you are having trouble sewing straight lines give this a try. It's much easier to see the line on the top of the fabric than on the side. I've tried other things, tape, metal guides, plastic guides, nothing helped. I don't know why this is so important, it makes sewing straight fibers so much easier! And it's easy to align tucks, stripes, seams and other sewing techniques. I can't believe it made such a difference!
