I got my wee beastie a size medium because she's 5.5 lbs and measures 10" from neck to base of tail. According to the medium it's for up to 11" in length and 7 lbs. My cat's long and lean at 5 months old. The purple suit fit the best in the length. The blue suit was a little too short. Both of these work due to the drawstring at the neck but thank goodness I won't need them for more than 10 days to recover from spaying. They are already showing wear after 6 days from pilling where she keeps licking and biting at them.I also bought the gray one but it's a completely different style—not that you can tell from the pictures they provide! There's no drawstring at the neck, it snaps across the back, and it's tight fitting in the body and length. My cat shimmed out of it in less than 5 minutes.She adapted to the suits better than I thought she would. After about the first hour, she totally ignores the fact that she's even wearing one.
