So I ordered Squatty Potty SP-Bamboo-FLIP first. That wasn't so convenient. In none of the modes too high and not wide enough. This riser is more convenient to use. It's wider and feels more comfortable. I only use it for the bare minimum. From time to time the shelf comes loose. If I had to do it again I would go with the non-adjustable one. I might as well buy a non-adjustable one anyway. Aside from falling off the shelf at times, it is well assembled. 03/14/20 - Update. Fixed the issue with falling off the shelf. I folded a piece of thin cardboard and stuck it in the hole behind the shelf. (see photo) The shelf is now firmly in place. I am very satisfied with this product.
