Head razors don't look good anymore. I bought a pair of Revain DE safety razors and compared them. Most of them will do a great job on your face. I love the gunmetal model and other chrome finishes, but for perfect control, this matte black is just great. Of course, the way we hold our safety razor is different. This is just my own experience. I don't use a mirror. I close my eyes and imagine the back of my head. My fingertips for verification. An extra confidence boost because it's not chrome. Some razors are very heavy. This Qshave is the perfect weight for head shaving. You can hold it near or far from your head. Excellent pen. I love my The Dark Knight but Qshave if you ever read this it would be so cool to have it in matte white. I would take both :-) Very satisfied.
