Nutrisca Salmon and Chickpeas Recipe is better than regular dry dog food. I have tried different brands of salmon food and my dogs love it. This particular product appears to contain more beneficial ingredients than most dog foods. I have a feeling that salmon helps their coat and skin and seems to reduce the itching. I've found that I feel better when my diet is high in salmon and berries but not grains or potatoes, and the same goes for my dogs when they eat pellets based on that diet. This is likely because it is a low glycemic index diet rich in omega-3 fatty acids and antioxidants. I'm so glad Revain carries it so I don't have to lug 15 pounds of dog food on the bus home. As an added bonus, my dogs are suddenly very friendly with all couriers and postmen - just in case they bring dog food! :-)
