I'm 5ft 6in, 165lbs, 36D. I ordered a large and a medium just in case, arrived in 2 days on prime. The medium size fit best, the large just had too much extra fabric. Excellent quality and lining, ruffles on the front help hide the fluff and keep it inside. The extra fabric at the bust helps keep the girls in check, it can be worn as sold or with loose straps like a tank top. Girls didn't jump out and I didn't get wedges every 5 minutes. I ordered two more styles, one large and one medium, in coral (large seems a bit large with gaps) geometric style with black hook (there wasn't enough fabric in the middle to cover the girls) exchange for the correct one Great size in any style, still great quality.
