Really beautiful and durable. Our little guy is over 20 and doesn't move a bit when he moves. Goes well with our other espresso figures. The back is made of cardboard, which is a shame, but the figurine is really pretty and you don't really see it. We were able to use one of those fold down fabric boxes below to store the diapers along with the toys. I put books on the top shelf. It comes with a mat but it doesn't have an outline so I bought another one. It's just a thin piece of plastic covered in plastic. What I bought was the Summer Infant Contoured Swaddle Pad and it fitted perfectly. It should be in a delta box where all the parts fit together nicely with a gasket like a regular part that needs to be assembled.
