Click on the different images when choosing the color of the bracelet etc. and pay attention that some of the faces are dark and difficult to see are. Some like a darker face; some not. Many years ago I was a Casio G-Shock friend. They seemed rock solid and just amazing. Then when it finally died I bought another one (very expensive!) which failed after a few days. So I sent it back for another one which also failed within a few days! :O All my settings just revert to the wrong time, wrong date, alarms turned off etc for no reason. It's like the watch itself is doing a factory reset or something. to the Timex Ironman. It was wonderful! Finally, after nearly destroying one cosmetically after years of abuse, I decided to get a new one. In literally less than 48 hours, it did the exact same thing as Casio G-Shocks! It reverted to 2016, was wrong all along etc. So I just kept it and replaced it with a new one. My own conclusion is that both Casio and Timex have some quality issues. If you are lucky enough to get a good one, it will likely serve you well for many years to come! But it would be nice to keep the receipt for a while until you find out yours is one of the good ones.
