I use this product a day after receiving it. I incorporated this into my nightly routine. The device was easy to set up and operate. There is a built in timer that will automatically turn it off after 10 minutes so you don't have to guess and keep track of the time. I am also very pleased that the whitening gel did not cause any sensitivity in my teeth. It was definitely/worth the money.
