Comfortable but odd fit
I ordered and got the 9 wide but I don't think these shoes were made wide. The shoe's tongue is not wide enough to accommodate the opening in the lacing area created by a wide foot and the top of the tongue/lacing is narrower/tighter than other New Balance 9W shoes I've purchased in the past . . They're comfortable enough for limited use, but not sure how well they'll work on long runs given the odd fit. I left them for dog walks, but I'm still looking for roomy and comfortable sneakers.
