Waterpik have a great product but they don't make it easy for their customers. Overall, this is the best of their offerings, but there are issues: the connector is unprotected and rusts quickly. I seal mine with electrical tape, which greatly increases the lifespan. The tank should be bigger. The water jet could be stronger, but then the reservoir would have to be even bigger. However, constant use of the irrigator has greatly improved my dental problems - no gum problems, no tooth decay and little to no need for professional cleanings. This is a fantastic product and I highly recommend it.
