I bought a Purse King Magnum concealed tote bag for my wife's birthday. It arrived very quickly and my wife was delighted. After only using the wallet a couple of times, my wife noticed that the zipper broke and shortly thereafter the stitching on one of the pockets began to unravel. I immediately checked the warranty listed on Purse King and started reading more reviews from other buyers. I came across a couple of reviews that said Purse King had terrible customer service and no one responded. It didn't give me a very warm and fluffy feeling. I won't give her name but the girl who answered me was polite and very professional. She apologized for the wallet issues and explained that Purse King is a small family business and they care deeply about their customers. She was happy to offer to replace the wallet, I just had to wait a bit. I'm fine, that's where I run. She went on to explain that they found a few design flaws in the magnum style wallets and she had no intention of sending me another defective wallet. They had a completely new design, but new wallets were still being made. I told her I was willing to give her company a chance to fix things. The girl told me that my wife will receive her redesigned Magnum bag in the second half of April 2017. and the boy was I sucker! Well, let me tell you that I was completely wrong and this girl kept her word to me. In the last week of April, a package arrived containing a completely redesigned Magnum Concealed Carry Bag. My wife was very happy and immediately noticed the changes in the wallet. I just want to say THANK YOU to the girl from Purse King! You have provided my wife and I with the best customer service we have ever had with an online purchase. One more thing for the people who said this company has no customer service. Perhaps you should reconsider your attitude towards the people at Purse King when trying to get customer service. Sometimes in a small business, it's better to have a little patience than to be demanding and rude. I don't know if I will continue to be a regular customer but I know my wife will!
