I can only say that's a great thing. I suffer from HS and cystic acne. I also get facial hormonal breakouts and large, painful cysts. I have tried so many products. I apply it to my face every time I shower and all over my body, especially areas prone to HS flare-ups like armpits and inner thighs. My scars are starting to heal and dark areas are starting to lighten. My face is the clearest I've seen in years and I currently have no active cystic lesions. It hasn't been like this since I was a teenager, and even then my face was oily and pimply. I confess the smell is different, not bad, it just smells like medicine and dries out the skin a bit. But since I can wear a light moisturizer and the odor is minimal, I couldn't have asked for more from this product. I'm sold, 100%. I'm very thankful to have found something that gets rid of my HS that is also affordable and just an extra step to my shower routine. I'm in seventh heaven!
