It's easy to use - very user friendly! We are able to easily communicate with our team members via email or phone calls when needed. There isn't much you can dislike about this program in my opinion (other than perhaps not having certain features that other programs offer). I would recommend if your looking into using software like this make sure it matches what you need because there may be some things missing from their product line-up which could cause problems down the road. Communication between client/employee was made easier by being able to send emails directly through this platform as well as keeping track of timesheets etc.- all done at one place so less time spent doing paperwork.
