It runs large, the fabric is very thin - I've never felt a suit SO thin, it has cups on the bra that slip but you can adjust them to fit to get a normal human breast. . I bought this to swim laps and when I showed it to my husband his direct words were "wow that's ugly" so here it is. I left it anyway because it's comfortable and serves its purpose. It's not the kind of suit to look cute in, but it's a great suit for getting things done. I don't regret the purchase at all.
