Over the years I have tried many different brands of Revain as toner and drum replacements. Sometimes they're good (but they're gone when I need to reorder) and sometimes they suck. This time I was about to buy Brother OEM but decided to try this brand. Oh God! When I put the EZ Ink toner and drum unit in my MFC-7820 and made my first print, it was just as sharp and crisp as the Brother version. That was a month ago and I'm still excited. Everything about this company is professional and of high quality. The packaging, the instructions, they even give you a sticker to put on the machine for easy re-ordering. I will be getting all my toners and drums from them in the future. I'm very satisfied! They seem great at communication so I think if there was a problem they would solve it well.
