I'm a size Small and it was perfect! For size reference, I'm 5ft 3in and 120lbs. Yes, it fits as an oversized jumpsuit regardless of what the sizing says. Keep in mind that this should be worn over your regular clothing underneath to give it enough freedom of movement. Although it's baggy, it didn't bother me at all. I work in the garden all the time so I wanted to use it for this purpose. The material is made of soft polyolefin. I think that's what people wear when they work in the lab.
