These are very thick socks and are a lovely color. They are soft and comfortable and since they are 65% wool, I already know they will keep my feet nice and warm this winter. I washed them in the regular laundry and they seemed to shrink some when I took them out of the dryer but not enough to make them unwearable. I thought they wouldn't shrink because of the other materials in them but apparently I was wrong. Nonetheless, these will be some of my go-to socks when my feet get cold. Cotton socks actually make my feet colder so I can only wear wool, or a wool blend sock in cold weather.
