Overall this was a great purchase but the first one they sent me had holes that were either not drilled properly or were fake. Parts of the locking mechanism fell out. When I sent it back and they sent a replacement (which arrived within 2 days) I noticed everything was wrapped in plastic and the box was in great condition. Then I remembered that the first chair they sent me was obviously one that someone else had sent back. It had no plastic packaging, the screws and bolts were in a zipped pouch, and the box itself was roughly taped shut. I'm so glad I took a chance and ordered a replacement! My son LOVES this chair, it's durable and wipes clean very easily. The print is vibrant and looks exactly as advertised. The guide could have been updated a bit, but combined with the how-to video, it was relatively easy to figure out. If I had received a brand new chair on my first order (you know since I paid for a NEW chair, not a previously returned one) this rating would have been 5 stars without a doubt. But it seemed a little dubious that they sent me a chair that someone else sent back. Maybe it was an accident, but it was more of a way to quietly cut costs. Overall I was happy with the chair replacement but I hope no one gets the one I sent back.
