A fantastic program with many benefits
The course style is great for our needs as it involves lots of individual work in small groups which makes learning easy to follow. It has given us all confidence that we can be part of this industry now! We are currently undertaking the qualification at level 2 - so no reviews yet. This course gives an excellent insight into HR functions including payrolls, pay rates & administration processes. Our team have been able to take these skills out onto the job site to help them fulfil their duties effectively.
Pros
- Good balance between theory / practical
- Well structured modules with clear objectives.
- Excellent support from staff when required (e mails or phone calls)
- Great feedback mechanism where you get immediate feed back about your performance during each module/assessment task etc
