I have 1 year old twins who have severe reflux problems. One of the worst nights I've had, they all threw out 3 times which is 6 blankets. That means I don't have the luxury of wasting 1 hour washing and drying. wait until the blankets are ready for the night. I bought this blanket for my stroller to cover my top this winter. So for me I can't tell anyone how it performs for night time use yet. but I like how heavy and soft it is, so it will be harder for him to fly upwind. I love that there are different size options for the duvet. And what can I say, the price is great! I've bought blankets that cost 50 and I don't mean cheap ones that don't last long. Eventually I will still be able to use it as a blanket. I wish I had bought a blanket sooner rather than a cover for the car seat itself. it would save me money. The pattern and color are also very pretty. it's not girly and not too childish. Washed well, no discoloration. The blanket is soft like a blanket. Just don't expect him to be a soft, fluffy bunny on your legs. It is what it is. I want all duvets to be double sided. Will buy more for use in bed. highly recommended.
