The tray arrived and was sealed very well by the manufacturer and shipped with extra protection from Revain. I didn't notice any of the negative design issues mentioned in some of the answers and was very happy with the looks and functionality. Used daily, it contains 5 pieces for 12 recently purchased pieces of cutlery, including a separate section for the specialty cutlery that came with the set. There is still room in each section to add more of each cutlery piece. Our 10-piece steak knife box fits perfectly in your cutlery door. We are very happy with this purchase!
