Very bright and easy to install. We've only been using this in our outerwear closet for a couple of weeks, but I'm happy with how the sensor works when I reach for my coat or hat or hang it back up. While obviously not as bright as a standard fixture, the ease of installation and cost savings of not having to run an AC line make it worthy of giving up full light. I only used green tape at the very ends to avoid cutting the light while trying multiple spots to get the best combination of light and sensor response. For me it was a bracket on the top edge of the case above the door. This involves pointing the sensor into the closet at a slight downward angle to better capture movement of hands around the room, while remaining high enough to illuminate the shelf and mantle. Now that I have space, it was attached with screws. I haven't had to charge the flashlight yet so can't comment on how well it takes the multiple recharges and long life, but so far it's been great and I hope it stays that way.
