Review on 🔌 OREI XD-990 PAL HDMI/RCA to NTSC HDMI 50/60 Hz Multi-System Digital AV Converter - Dual Voltage Black: Enhanced Audio Video Signal Conversion by Joe Ashan

I bought this to use for upsampling base FIOS as they talk about HD-so and HD-so but don't mention what you need buy an extra box from them. Heck, I bought this to upsample my signal from RCA jacks to HDMI and 1080 resolution. I haven't had a chance to play with the buttons since I've moved and have a small LCD TV which I used to hook up the FIOS. I was surprised when Verizon Tech started making RCA cables since I bought an HDMI cable to connect! With this device I put on the power supply, plugged in an HDMI cable and an RCA input and immediately got an image. I didn't play around with the 720/1080 settings to see what the initial setting was, I was just happy to get a picture with no digital artifacts crawling across the screen from the limited RCA input. Local LA TV stations look normal, as do other Prime channels. I am currently using a 28" LCD TV but can't wait to hook up a 42" TV when it arrives with the main shipment. I hope it is not damaged and I can enjoy FIOS with movies and sports in the basic Prime FIOS package. My first hours with the box.
