I chose this tripod after watching a YouTube video like many of you. Good points first: this tripod is well built and will likely last a long time if you use it for a bit of aim and shoot. cameras and phones. It's light enough and small enough that you can throw it in your backpack and take it with you wherever you go. It doubles as a selfie stick; Just slide it out and fold the legs. So why did I give 3 stars? For the price of €50 and the stated weight limit of 5kg I was hoping for a longer service life and stability. As I mentioned, it works great with point and shoot cameras (I tried RX100 V). but it can't hold a real camera and lens even if the weight of the whole rig is well under the advertised weight limit. I tried my Sony full-frame mirrorless camera with a 24-105 zoom lens. The camera and lens together weighed less than 2kg, and while it could technically hold the camera, it felt very fragile. I had to position the legs very carefully to keep it from tipping over on its side under the weight of the camera. It just doesn't seem strong and stable to me to hold anything more than a soap dish and hold a camera and maybe 1kg of weight. I don't want to risk my photo equipment with this tripod, so I'm going to return it and look for something else. Just wanted to share my experience. I hope you find it useful.
