You have sent a used belt that is the wrong size.
The belt was obviously in use as the edge of the belt was worn and the marks of the buckle on the belt itself and the holes were stretched. Also, I ordered a size 40, which is a size 38, so it didn't fit and I didn't order a used belt; I would never order someone a used belt, especially not as a Christmas present. The invoice clearly said 'New' and the price reflected that. At least very poor quality control when filling and packing orders.
