*UPDATE* I received another diamond and yes they sent me a tag quickly so my ring could be sent back for repair but when I sent my ring back in June I have been tracking it for about 3 weeks since I knew the USPS was behind and deliveries were taking longer. I contacted Vir about a week later for an update response (understandable given COVID-19) and they said they would look into it. 2 weeks after my first message I sent a few more messages about a week apart and received NO reply. I waited before contacting Revain customer service. All I wanted was a replacement for my lost ring. Revain refunded my money but I said I just need a replacement and they tried to help me (kudos to AMAZON for looking after their customers 😊). Finally, this month Vir Jewels sent me a message that they would sell me a ring of the same style for $100 more than I paid and the reason is that the price of the material has gone up. This is poor customer service as I waited MONTHS for my lost ring to be SENT FOR REPAIR. It's not my fault the ring got lost in the mail system. I was willing to repurchase the exact same ring for the same price I originally paid as I feel it matches my original LOST ring and the poor customer service I received from Vir Jewels. THIS IS FROM THE FIRST REPAIR: I bought my ring in July, after a few months the diamond fell out. Fortunately, I noticed this immediately and found the stone. I contacted them, sent photos of the ring and the fallen stone. They were quick and took care of my ring, provided a shipping label, fixed it and shipped it back to me.
