The ingredients in it are wonderful. In addition to the usual breath-freshening essential oils, this includes beneficial herbs such as echinacea and gota kola. It has no added "flavors" or sweeteners. Unfortunately, while the ingredients on the label are clean and good, this spray is so diluted it's effectively glycerine water with no refreshing power. And the dispenser is all-metal and permanently sealed, so you can't open the lid and add more essential oils to make it stronger if you want to try and buy it back. no cleansing punch of mint or ANY. It was literally like splashing water in your mouth. Unfortunately I have to say that this product is a huge flop and waste of money. I could put a drop of peppermint oil on my tongue and feel a lot better.
