Because it's such a compact device I wasn't expecting it - you can see in my photos that it's boxed. You will find it difficult to use the dome of other jacks when all speakers are connected. If you must use a coaxial plug, you should use banana plugs. I have an Echo Dot connected to Aux, my iPod via Bluetooth, and a 32GB thumb drive in the USB port. The inputs can be switched using the remote control or by pressing the volume control and then selecting the input. Treble and bass can be adjusted, but not the L/R balance. Also includes various cables and power supply, remote control and 2 AAA batteries. 18 month warranty but hopefully I never have to check it. For my use it is perfect - no unnecessary extras like radio or CD. Just an amp with a good selection of modern inputs.
