I bought this dress for a Belle Halloween costume. Thinking if I liked it I'd wear in again in warmer months. It worked perfectly for the costume but without the apron to cover the weird waist it won't be somthing I'll grab for. The seem line at the waist hits and sits where you'd want it to but then the dress instead of flairing out from there, seems to almost narrow a bit more for a few inches and then flair out, making for a very unflattering waist look. If you are slimmer in the waist through hips it might work just fine for you. I was a 48,41,51 in October (been losing a lot of weight!) And 5'10". It hit just at my knees so if you're shorter than I am, it would be more of a midi dress. You can also wear it in reverse with the v in the front which is nice. It feels like a heavier weight t-shirt btw.
