The support team took great care of me and sent me back and I can tell you this thing is phenomenal, it works exactly as I hoped it would and would definitely recommend any of their products and they have them too Corrected list so it is no longer incorrect information so no one makes the same mistake, very happy with the result. I'm sick of these units saying you can listen to Bluetooth headsets and connect them to the soundbar with an optical or auxiliary cable so they both transmit sound at the same time, when in fact they don't, this is completely untrue, and this is the third case where I wasted time and money! If you want bluetooth audio with a direct connected soundbar, look elsewhere, they are wrongly advertising here!
