Before I start, I would like to point out that I self-identify as non-binary and originally got this in hopes that it might constrict my chest since my chest causes gender dysphoria for me. This was the first sports bra I have ever bought so I bought the size that best fits my body measurements. The tape is too tight, so next time I'll have to buy a bigger tape. This bra is great, but it doesn't flatten my chest like I was hoping. If you're looking for something that works as a bust binder, this might be the bra for you if you have a smaller D cup. If you're a bit larger, I suggest buying something else. I've worn this bra at the highest level of rebound control and while it works (these puppies don't move at all) there can be some pain if you wear this bra for long periods of time. After a while the straps dug into my skin. Overall a great sports bra for rebound control and some compression. The fabric is breathable with the exception of the straps, so expect sizzling heat in those areas. If you are looking for something to tie your chest but not sure if you are ready for a chest wrap this can certainly work for you if you are smaller than D cup a larger cup size I would suggest going to this sport -Bra easy to wear a baggy top. This should help make your breasts less visible.
