Well, he does what he says. it is absolutely stable and does not roll. If you have oily eyelids, don't worry - there are no raccoon eyes here. I've worn it several times, each time trying to take out clumps of lashes to remove it. I have used both oil based removers and micellar water. You need a lot of oil, gentle hands and a lot of patience. This isn't a mascara for me, but it does what it says in the description, hence 4 stars.
