I was looking for a comfortable dress for my granddaughter. It is so sweet! The seersucker is comfortable and charming. She likes the wide elastic waistband. Lined skirt - excellent quality. I bought a few items from Hope & Henry this year. Classic and well made. Fits girls size 5.
