Most negative reviews are written by people who don't read or look at the pictures, shocking I know. This chair does NOT have a headrest and is not advertised but people give 1 or 2 stars because they are absurd people who cannot take responsibility for the lack of care. The video clearly shows the average adult with their heads thrown way back haha some of them have legitimate claims but it looks like at least half of them are fake so chances are getting a well made chair , quite high. One even complained about the difficult assembly, first putting the seat on a pedestal and then trying to screw on the handles and backrest. Why would you want to do that? Attaching to a base is easy, always do the hard-to-level parts first, then connect the easy parts. Wow I can't imagine not being able to assemble a 12 bolt chair but still being able to create and use a recovery account. I wonder how it looks. In any case. enough theater. It's very comfortable, great support but maybe a little thin fit for me. I don't have a lot of natural pillows, um, so that's probably fine for most people. I work from home so for the $50 I paid for it on my best day I'm very happy so far.
