I like these shorts very much. My daughter is very active but also likes to wear skirts and dresses. I always prefer to have a bathing suit underneath. Not just for decency, but also to keep her thighs from sticking to surfaces (like a slide or swing) when she's on the playground. And they are perfect for her. She says they are comfortable and I didn't see her put them back in. I also think they're really good shorts. They are thick and well made so I expect them to last a couple of seasons.
