Very fast and responsive customer service with quality products
The easy to use interface makes it simple for new users who are unfamiliar or uncomfortable using an integrated development environment (IDE).
I can quickly create functional tests from my browser without having to install any software first by simply navigating through their online GUI builder tool called TestRail Express! It would be great if they could add functionality like JIRA integration so we don't have two separate tools but one combined UI/UX experience instead; this will make our transition into QA quicker than ever before because all testers need only 1 IDE now rather then 2 different ones as well which saves us time since there won’t always me double work when trying figure out what test cases were created where etc.. We also love how quick responses come back within hours compared other companies taking days sometimes weeks!!
