Overall I think this set gets a solid 4 stars. I personally find a shower gel a little better than a bar of soap. Although I like the bar better some days. Both are good, but I'm just more happy with shower gel, but I like to use it together. The soap bar is moisturizing and feels good when lathered on the body. The foam is halfway decent and definitely holds water. It won't melt you anytime soon while you're in the bath. It's soft on the skin and feels a little creamy when lathered. This is a good soap for all skin types. The shower gel is easy to use and feels good on the skin. It spreads easily and rinses off quite well without leaving a too slippery and messy feel. Could have used a little more moisturizer but otherwise works well. Personally, I would have liked a little more shea butter. This is a good daily body wash that is suitable for most people. Ironically, even though they are both listed as coconut and papaya, the soap smells a lot more like coconut while the shower gel smells like papaya. Personally, I sometimes prefer the scent of soap to shower gel, but that's probably because I tend to dislike the overly cute things that I consider body gel. Some days I prefer to be enchanted by this sweet shower gel scent. I tend to think that most would prefer the smell of shower gel because the soap isn't actually that noticeable on the nose. But those who don't like scented soaps will probably be happy with bar soap and even prefer it to shower gel.
