I've spent hours putting everything together and the more I try the more frustrated I get. Let's start by saying that the instructions are complete nonsense and don't make any sense. This is partly because I didn't receive all of the items required for the first step. Second, the real side arms don't attach to the bar no matter how hard I try. Why? Because in the hole there are these loose plastic things that have to hold the hand firmly on the bar, and they're constantly coming out and moving apart, which prevents the hand from being stable. This was a huge waste of money and I'm really disappointed. I thought it would be the perfect item for what one might try to craft, but it's so difficult to put together it's almost ridiculous. And to top it off they have a customer service number, I called them (8) times! Every time they text me to voicemail. They seem to know the product isn't working for people, so they just ignore the calls and just hope people give up. Well I refuse. That's all. I'll give you all the news about what's next.
