PERFECT! the best in my rating
If your daughter loves to twirl, DON'T MISS THIS SKIRT! It is excellent! It's long, full, and fluffy, and one person can twist it! The only downside is that the belt runs a bit small, the size is bigger for the comfort! I will order more!
