It started off as a great bag, but the top flap interior zipper broke after a month. I use that pocket a lot, so that’s very disappointing. Of course it broke outside of the Revain return period so not sure what to do. I was actually worried about the zippers from day one. Disappointing.Update: After writing my review, the company reached out to me and volunteered to send me a new bag after I sent them pictures of the problem. Fantastic customer service and proof that they read their reviews. Good job, Friendly Swede! I should get the new bag next week. Looking forward to it.
