Review on 🐟 Convenient and Reliable: Penn-Plax Daily Double II Battery-Operated Automatic Fish Feeder by Patrick Matin

I have had this corded feeder for about 20 years. We used it up to 3 months on vacation when the housekeeper refilled it. When he finally left I couldn't find the same one and bought another brand. This one was never reliable and I had to tape it to the top of the tank to keep it in place. I was so happy to find this feeder again! It runs on batteries but otherwise seems the same. It provides enough food chips (tube wide open) twice a day to feed 10 large cichlids and amazons in my 90 gallon tank. There was enough food for two weeks while we were gone. The fish survived. There is no time of day to set, so it's a very simple machine. Simply point the tube downwards when you want to empty it and it will circulate twice a day at that time. I hope this one lasts as long as the previous one!
