Review on Ascent HCM by Mark Morrow

The ease of use, being able to see everything in one place has made this software so easy to navigate through. It is user friendly! There are no problems that I have found yet, would be great if they could integrate with cloud-based apps for greater efficiency in our workflow. We can not get access to certain reports because it requires specific licenses which cost money. This makes managing payroll difficult without adding an added expense where we cannot afford at least right now. This does improve time spent completing tasks when using paper forms or manually but still takes much longer than needed for us. The best aspect of this software is that it has an app for both Android phones as well as iPhones, thus allowing me to be able to access my data from any where I am in the world. There are some bugs here and there but nothing too bad at all. Overall great experience with Ascent HCM. It's easy to use and allows you to keep up to date on your employees information without having to log into their computers or emails every time you need something.
