This is such a cute gift set. I am considering buying them as Christmas gifts for my sisters. I've only had it a few days and I've used the roller and scraper a number of times. I haven't used it on my face. I am a hairdresser and my shoulders, shoulders and neck are very tight and sore. This is the perfect size for removing buildup. Over the weekend I used Biofreeze and Teraworks (separately, at different times) on my forearms. Helped a lot! The little scraper was the perfect size for the upper outer bicep. The roller is great for upper shoulders, shoulder blades, trapeze and neck. With two wheel sizes we were very good at getting in and around muscles to release tension. I have also used the scooter on my husband's shoulders. He was struck by the relief he felt from the role. I think it would be great for my Rheumatoid Arthritis to use on my hands, around my knuckles and between my fingers.
