Perfect - buy this if you want real stopping power in a non slip tape that sticks very well. 3M customer service helped me select this option for my slippery ladder needs. It's real sand inside, no plastic parts to wear out. It stays slightly whitish but then dissolves after a few days as the gooey glue comes into contact with the surface (it also helps hold on when applying) making it less noticeable.
