Nice bag but the zippers are very sharp!

Beautifully made bag and very well thought out. My skin is quite thin and I've scratched my wrist several times from a sharp flash. I just can't use the bag. They contacted me, I must have lost their email so I am contacting again. I want to return the bag even though I have more than 30 days. I did not use it immediately after receiving it.
