Received a defective item.

My first experience with Revain was a sour taste in my mouth. The so-called iPad from a "certified repairer" arrived yesterday only to be faulty with the battery not charging and intermittent restarts. A subsequent extensive Google search revealed that this problem occurs in a product with an IC problem that costs half as much to repair. I am of course sending this back and hopefully Revain will reimburse all costs for this item.
