1. The right ear fades to zero until you check the windows audio specifically for that side, then it works for a few seconds and then fades to zero again.2. The microphone gain was so low that it could not be heard at full amplification.3. They were purchased new and looked like new but the twist was torn to shreds and the metal wire was snapped off at both ends but not in the middle. Someone returned them and they were sold again as new.4. Note that this is a 3.5mm headphone jack! This is NOT USB, but JACK.5. When this thing mentioned stereo headphones, they really meant they didn't. It cannot play 5.1 surround sound, neither 7.1 nor base!
